A tender & juicy chicken fillet, seasoned with a lemon and herb rub and tossed in the pan with olive oil and lemon juice. A really appetizing mix of flavors which go perfectly with coleslaw and a sprinkle of spring onions.

Caramelized Pork Belly Roll
A fresh roll filled with tasty slow cooked caramelized pork belly. Served with mayonnaise, cucumber and Japanese style radish & carrot pickle. The pork has been given a lekker glaze with brown sugar and honey. A very popular dish as it’s full of flavor and juicy-ness.
Steak with BBQ Sauce
Sirloin or Porterhouse steak grilled the way you like it. The steak is then thinly sliced and mixed with Richard’s special BBQ sauce. A hearty helping of caramelized onions is placed onto the roll, with the steak on top, ready to be devoured.
